Reservation
1.1. Parque do Caracol provides 12 (twelve) barbecue grills for rental. Of these, 6 (six) are available for advance reservation and 6 (six) for rental on the same day. The use of all 12 (twelve) grills is subject to availability, either by order of arrival or by reservation request.
1.2. Advance reservation requests must be made through SAC (via email at sac@cnct.com.br
), by completing a form formally accepting these Terms of Use.
1.3. The use of grills on a first come, first served basis on the same day implies formal acceptance of these Terms of Use.
1.4. Each barbecue area has a maximum capacity of up to 15 (fifteen) people. Parque do Caracol provides benches for up to 6 (six) people in each barbecue area. If the user needs more seating, they may bring additional chairs and/or benches at their own expense.
1.5. Payment of the space usage fee, when applicable, must be made at least 24 hours before the date of use, through the indicated options (in person at the Park administration or by bank transfer to the accounts provided at the time of reservation).
1.6. Barbecue grill reservations will only be accepted if made by a person over 18 (eighteen) years old, identified as responsible for the use of the space at the time of the request. Reservations made by minors will not be accepted.
1.7. The person responsible for the barbecue reservation, by accepting these Barbecue Area Terms of Use, declares that they are fully aware of and agree with these Terms of Use.
1.7.1. In view of the above, the person responsible for the reservation agrees to fully comply with all provisions established herein, as well as, when applicable, the Access Rules of Parque do Caracol.
1.7.2. Additionally, the person responsible for the reservation assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all visitors accompanying them in the barbecue area also comply with the rules established in these Terms and in the Access Rules.
1.7.3. The person responsible for the reservation will be fully liable for any damage caused by them or by visitors accompanying them to the areas and facilities of Parque do Caracol, and must bear the costs of repair, replacement, or compensation, as applicable.
1.8. All users must behave with respect, civility, and courtesy, acting in accordance with good manners and with the care expected in a public and environmentally protected space.
1.9. In cases not expressly provided for in these Barbecue Area Terms of Use, the provisions contained in the Access Rules of Parque do Caracol will apply on a complementary basis, provided they do not conflict with the specific terms of this regulation.
Food and Beverages
2.1. Food and beverages must be brought in reusable and/or recyclable packaging. The use of glass containers is prohibited for the safety of visitors and the preservation of the natural environment.
2.2. Visitors are responsible for keeping the barbecue area clean and organized during and after use. The final cleaning of the used space is the full responsibility of the person responsible for the reservation.
2.3. Waste generated must be properly separated and disposed of in the appropriate containers, according to the selective collection signage available in the Park, contributing to the conservation of the space and proper environmental management.
2.4. In addition, food and beverages consumed in the barbecue areas must be served exclusively in reusable and/or recyclable plates and cups. The use of glass plates, cups, or other glass utensils is prohibited to ensure the safety of all and the integrity of the space.
Available Utensils
3.1. Users will need to move through the Park with the utensils necessary to access the barbecue area. Arrival and departure must be done with utensils properly stored for transportation. Parque do Caracol will provide a cart to assist users in transporting stored utensils.
3.2. For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited for users or visitors to circulate through the Park carrying barbecue utensils such as knives, skewers, lighters, or similar objects. The use of these items is restricted exclusively to the barbecue area and must be carried out responsibly in accordance with the other terms of this regulation.
3.3. If necessary, skewers can be rented at Casa do Viajante, inside the Park, in the shops area.
Opening Hours
4.1. The Park's opening hours must be checked on our website (Parque do Caracol).
4.2. Access to the barbecue areas is available during the opening hours of Parque do Caracol. Opening hours may be subject to change.
4.2.1. For advance reservations, as provided in Clause 1.2, a maximum arrival time at Parque do Caracol will be established. If the user does not arrive by the time established at the moment of reservation, the barbecue grill will be released to the next visitor.
4.3. The barbecue areas may be used until the closing time established by Parque do Caracol.
Important Guidelines
5.1. Ground fires and portable barbecue grills of any kind are strictly prohibited, as well as other household utensils.
5.2. The person responsible for the reservation must ensure that the volume of sounds and noises, including those produced by guests, remains at a moderate level so as not to disturb other visitors to the Park. The use of amplified sound equipment or portable speakers with high volume is prohibited in the barbecue area or in any other space within the Park.
5.3. For the purposes of these Barbecue Area Terms of Use, high volume is considered to be any sound emitted that causes disturbance or discomfort to the peace, tranquility, or rest of other Park visitors.
5.4. The use of flammable products or horns is not allowed, except for ignition materials used to light the barbecue grill, which must be used exclusively in the barbecue area.
5.5. The fire must be completely extinguished before finishing the use of the barbecue area.
Penalty for Non Compliance
6.1. Failure to comply with any of the provisions set forth in these Barbecue Area Terms of Use may subject the person responsible for the reservation to applicable administrative, civil, or legal measures.
6.2. The application of any administrative, civil, or legal measure will be preceded by an investigation of the facts by the Park administration, ensuring the user the right to submit a written statement.
